We’re First Central Insurance & Technology Group (First Central for short), an innovative, market-leading insurance company. We protect the things customers love so they can get on with what matters to them in life.

Data drives us. It fuels our outstanding distribution, finance, technology and legal services. Our underwriting skills are built on data expertise; it creates the insights we need to give the right cover to the right customers at the right price. But, it’s the people inside and outside our business that power us. They make us stand out, help us succeed. We’re ambitious. We’re growing. We’ve won awards.

Are you an expert communicator with a strategic mind? Are you passionate about in-life communications and want the opportunity to build something from the bottom up and be an essential part of its development and growth? If so, we need you!

1st Central is an exciting, growing insurance brand with ~1.3m customers, an excellent rating on Trust Pilot and compelling price comparison site based car insurance proposition. But the company is pivoting. We’re evolving the customer and brand proposition. Adding more products. And starting to develop an acquisition and in-life marketing programme.

This is your chance to get in at the ground level of something exciting, by joining our Commercial & Marketing team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

In this role you’ll lead the development and execution of the 1st Central in-life customer engagement strategy, framework and implementation.
