Fancy a new career in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace? If so, this could be your lucky day! We’re looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to join our Marketing team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

You’ll support with analysis and insights on our digital performance, working closely with the Digital and wider Marketing team to drive changes on our website and campaigns that improve customer experience and business performance.

This role will suit someone who wants to make an impact and grow their digital analytics skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Evolving our reporting repertoire and help ensure that the accuracy of data and reports are at the highest quality of standards
  • Providing insight into our website performance, customer behaviour and campaign performance across areas like SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing
  • Supporting the wider Marketing team on scoping and executing analysis and reporting
  • Assist our Digital Analytics Lead with our tagging and tracking

The ideal candidate will have…
  • A curiosity and love for digging into data and sharing actionable insights
  • An understanding of websites, HTML and JavaScript, and a desire to grow these technical skills to help manage our tagging implementation
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using Excel
  • Previous experience in a digital/online Marketing team
  • Experience of SaaS would be a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good maths skills
  • Keen attention to detail
