We're continuing our expansion plans for 2020 in our Counter Fraud Services team and are now recruiting for our October intake for 8 Contact Centre Consultants to join us in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

We're looking for individuals with exceptional customer services skills and highly effective complaint handing experience. Have you got an investigative mind and top-notch problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing a career in fraud?

 Job responsibilities
  • Handle all complaints received effectively and efficiently, adhering to the organisation’s complaints policy
  • Maintain positive relationships with all business employees and departments
  • Update and revise customers’ policy details, making any necessary adjustments and cancellations
  • Investigate, through to a conclusion, policies where quote manipulation is suspected prior to the inception of the policy 
  • Administer and process incoming post and emails, including the scanning of relevant documents
  • Contact policyholders by phone and email, adhering to TCF and DPA principles, to resolve any discrepancies related to misrepresentation, non-disclosure or indemnity issues
  • Manage and examine any potential voidance cases referring to Fraud Analyst Level 2 or Senior  
  • Identify matches that don’t require further investigation and ensure closure is actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy and ensure compliance with all company, relevant standards and regulations at all times
 Skills, knowledge & experience
  • Experience of working in a customer services environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great time management and organisation skills
