We need a Claims Fraud Administration Handler to join our Counter Fraud Services team in either Haywards Heath, West Sussex or Salford Quays, Manchester.
Please note the vacancy is a 6 month fixed term contract on a 37.5 hour working week from Monday to Friday. Hybrid flexible working available for this role joining a supportive and fun team!
You'll undertake general administration duties for the Claims Fraud department within a timely manner and in line with company procedures.
Job responsibilities:
- Allocation of new claim referrals to Operational and Complex Fraud colleagues
- Managing incoming litigation to ensure that this is allocated and actioned by fraud investigators
- Outsourcing new claim referrals to our supplier partners
- Updating our internal MI records at key stages of the claim on behalf of fraud investigators
- Chasing suppliers for outstanding invoices and managing the completion of debt sheets
- Identifying and communicating urgent tasks to team leaders and fraud investigators
- Requesting and managing CRU certificates, as well as notifying DWP upon settlement/closure
- Provide support to fraud investigations and CF team leaders
- To adhere to and consider all regulatory requirements at all times, including TCF, DPA and AML.
- To be compliant with health and safety policies at all times.
- To ensure compliance with Company and other relevant standards/regulations at all times.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
Experience & knowledge:
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Previous experience in the motor insurance industry
- Experience of working in a fraud environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own work
- Good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Microsoft Office Skills (outlook, Word, Excel)
