We need a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to join the team in Salford Quays, Manchester. With an enthusiastic and eager to learn appetite, you'll provide a confidential and professional PA service, undertaking secretarial and administration duties supporting the Senior Leadership Team. Building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business, you’ll be confident in liaising with external stakeholders and keen to continually learn and develop. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to: Have previous junior PA experience to a team and/or Directors Be highly organised, proactive and systematic Have strong written and communication skills with a confidential and professional approach Job responsibilities Manage and co-ordinate diaries with conflicting priorities, able to resolve clashes swiftly and troubleshoot or escalate Provide support and cover to the team during any times of absence and travelling between offices Co-ordinate arrangements for internal and external meetings (accommodation, itineraries, catering, travel) Process expense claims Assist with the production of documents and presentations Welcome guests to the First Central offices by greeting and ensuring all their requirements are met during their visit Communicate professionally both internally and externally with key stakeholders Support with personal commitments on an ad hoc basis Comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/regulations at all times Skills, knowledge & experience A mix of skills, experience and initiative is essential for this role, together with an individual who is organised, enthusiastic, proactive and can display logical thinking in the workplace Junior PA experience to a team and/or Directors Efficient, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management and organisation skills, with the ability to work on own initiative Good IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Some understanding of the business objectives and operations Knowledge of FCA requirements (including TCF) What can we do for you?
